"Buy American"

I love reading through my archives and finding things that I wrote on a public forum in the past that applies to the present. With Peter Mansbridge ringing alarm bells on this brewing "Buy American" fight, what I said in March about the NAFTA is completely relevant to the debate today. I don't hold any grudge with Stockwell Day and what ground may or may not be gained while knee deep in American Socialist protectionism. We are facing an uphill fight against the Dems who want to close their borders to free and fair trade. Libertarians should be disappointed in Obama.

I will now direct you to my March post on the NAFTA. I know "economics-speak" can be boring at the best of times, but I write allegory between our manufacturing sector and Oliver Twist. Does it get any better than that?
