When I heard of the Harper-Oswald-Photoshop controversy, my response was a hearty laugh. I love watching Liberals make a public mockery of themselves by simply being themselves. I want more Liberal supporters publishing more work more often. I don't treat this with even close to the level of seriousness as "Kill him, kill him dead!" and if anything I am disappointed that the Liberal Party may attempt to muzzle its fringe element. Donolo must exert an iron fist or risk the Liberal Blogosphere blowing up in their faces. It is hardly breaking news that an element of the Liberal party does at least passively wish for the death of Stephen Harper.
I would like to encourage the LPC to allow, nay encourage, everyone in your tent to say anything they'd like unfiltered. Freedom of expression, right? You can't attack the Prime Minister for running a tight ship if you yourself then engage in the same behavior. Let them speak. Some of your followers are particularly nutty and living in an alternate reality. Give them a voice! I feel much more comfortable with the jokers to my right than I would with the clowns to your left. You can take that to the bank...errr...underground parking lot!
I would have loved to have seen all the Liberals who responded with joyous laughter before one of the dipshits realized "hey this might make us look bad". Given the outrage and constant coverage of the Puffin poop bit on the CBC, it is curious that they were not reporting this story, at least in the 2 hours of Newsworld I watched earlier today. That is a double standard, but I hardly expect that anyone is surprised.

It has been all over the news, idiot. You have to stop whining about this myth of media bias. The Conservatives have had no better friend then the media, you know those folks who unanimously supported Harper in the last two elections, etc.

The faux outrage over this stupid kids mistake is such an obvious attempt at changing the channel from Harper's contempt of Parliament and his embarrassment on the world stage in Copenhagen.
