Liberal MP Expenses: "How Guilty People Act"

I remember in the early stages of detainee-gate, the Libloggers asserted that the Government had committed war crimes because they were not releasing all military documents to the public. This method of liblogic involves speculating "guilty until proven innocent" by presenting a bunch of vague explanations to infer specific guilt on an alleged criminal violation. The headline read "how guilty people act" and the thesis of the argument was that if the government DIDN'T commit war crimes then they would not object to making all the evidence public. If Liberal MPs don't abuse their expense accounts, then why fight having them made public? That's how guilty people act.

Yes, I realize that the Tories are also against these being made public. But I would like to point out that the Tories have been against releasing the detainee documents, so they have at least been consistent. The Liberals want to publish the detainee documents but hide the details of their expense accounts. Hiding details, that's how guilty people act, right Liblogs?

  1. What are they hiding? Why won't they come clean?

  2. Cross country university tours alone (NOT govt business such as what the PM and cabinet ministers perform) could raise some eyebrows that look like Mr Zzzzz's.
I don't care about gum so much but I am interested in whether or not these idiots stay in Super 8's like the PM.
