Today Don Martin proclaimed that Rahim Jaffer's political career is now finished, after the latest TMZ-type story from the Toronto Star that includes "busty hookers". I suppose according to Martin, Rahim still had a political future after getting busted for dangerous driving and cocaine possession, and that only now that the story includes prostitutes is Jaffer's career officially in ruins. Even since his controversial plea bargain on cocaine charges, I have been waiting for him to announce his candidacy in the next election, but now that busty hookers are involved, it's over...
Rahim, the best thing you can do at this point is announce a sex addiction and go to rehab. That's how celebrities deal with busty hooker stories. Go to Sex Camp, beg your wife for forgiveness, and hope for the best. Certainly at this point Helena has to be considering divorce as an option. I'm not sure this is what she bargained for when she said "I do", or perhaps she was fully aware that Rahim likes to live in the fast lane. At this point I am mostly just sick of reading Guergis and Jaffer stories in the news.

ReplyDeleteIceman, I couldn't agree more. I am now going to take a leave of absence from anything to do with them. But, I did send her an e-mail of support today and wish her well working out what she is going to do with her life and her husband.
They qualify as busty hookers in my book . . .

Did the main street media ask for Trudeau's head on a stick when Margaret was snorting and cavorting with the Rolling Stones?
ReplyDeleteIf not why not?
What has changed for media's standards, integrity and principles?
Helena should dump Rahim and Harper should dump her. She knows better than to give/lend her hubby a BlackBerry from her office. And, to think that Rahim would brag about opening doors to PMO. He's on a downhill slide and becoming a loser. Helena may just do down with him if she doesn't dump him fast.
ReplyDeletehmmmm ... I am not surprised that Rahim is the typical muslim macho male, boasting about everything is a way of life with them and almost every time it is something imagined or an outright lie. Bet he did not have one iota of influence in/with the PM's office.
ReplyDeleteCBC has become more like the hollywood gossip show Entertainment Tonight, however, sadly without the entertainment.
Come on! This is the best thing to come around in a long time - at least since Bustyhooker's sister Rustyhooker was working Parliament Hill. Helen and Rahim's story has got it all: alleged drugs, fast cars, police and judicial corruption, heated angry outbursts. More! More!

I'm kind of disappointed there are no pictures of the "busty hookers" so we can make our own judgement as to whether they deserve that epithet,or not.
ReplyDeleteWhen they describe someone as "busty" I wanna see at least Maxime Bernier's old girlfriend, but then I've been called a dirty old man.

I never have problems like this, I only deal with professionals.....oh..wait..
ReplyDeleteCTV news coverage has video of at least 2 of the busty hookers ...
ReplyDeleteI believe the show is called power-play.
This is noise.
ReplyDeleteAs if Jaffer has a speed dial to the PMO.
Or any pull anywhere.
Lost his seat through neglect in Alberta.
Denied subsequent bid to run again.
Cocaine, drunk driving allegations.
Careless driving conviction.
His wife is junior minister of an inconsequential portfolio who is walking the plank herself.
The Liberals and particularly their leader should have dismissed these two lightweights as being not newsworthy.
Ignatieff should have called them fluff balls and gone on to something with a little bit more meat on the bone.
That he didn't shows his lack of leadership.
And that pleases me.
Rahim, has always been a douche. Helena should dump his ass, he is a liability.
ReplyDeleteThis demostrates the desperation of the Liberals. After the Canada150 weekend they went after Helena.
ReplyDeleteThey have become the Hanson brothers without the skates.
I am curious when Parliament will allow full access to all the expenses of all MP, riding associations, political parties?
Is this another overplayed hand by the MSM and political parties that will backfire?
According to Mr. Jaffer's personal website:
ReplyDelete"Rahim is a key player in coordinating future policy between various branches of both the Canadian and US governments."
Read Jaffer's statement carefully.
Isn't that a claim to more power than most Ministers in the Canadian government or Secretaries in the US Administration have?
Who would take that statement seriously? Is this guy completely nuts?

Rahim Jaffer: Libertine or Liberal Smear Victim?

Anyone who thought Jaffer had a career in politics after being the first federal Conservative in living memory to lose a seat in Alberta should go back to playing tiddleywinks.
ReplyDeleteAre we addicted to the media hype of political, sex scandals? A great article on this: http://bit.ly/bOPyGf
