Dalton McGuinty's Contempt For Voters

In his latest television commercial, Dalton McGuinty truly treats the voters of Ontario like dolts and chumps. He starts off with a joke about how he's not very popular in the polls and goes on to say that doing what's right is not always popular. Translation: if you dislike Dalton McGuinty because you disagree with the policies he has enacted while in office, then you are either wrong or misinformed. Dalton is doing what's best for you even if you happen to disagree with the initiative. Don't worry Ontario, Dalton is smarter than you, and whether you like what he's done or not, you would be advised to submit to his vision and foresight.

Geez, I really hope Ontario votes this chump out of power. Two terms is more than enough for such an arrogant wretch.

  1. You nailed it Iceman! I was so distracted by the white background that I didn't even tweak to that innuendo.

  2. Don't forget - Dalton has a "more intelligent understanding" than Ontario families!

  3. I saw an ad on cable last night. It had some tall skinny dude standing in front of a blazing white backgroune bragging about how many windmills Ontario has and how David Suzuki approves. I was thinking that back in 1947 Alberta went a long way to eliminate its windmills with what was known as rural electification. Once the farmers had electricity they were not dependent on the wind to pump water etc. Dalton McGuinty taking Ontario back to the past. Stick a fork in him Ontario that turkey is done.

  4. This is off topic. Can anyone tell me why Sun TV is no longer available in Ottawa via Rogers cable.
I get "Effective August 31st, 2011 - Sun TV will no longer be broadcasting over-the-air in Ottawa and therefore the service will no longer be available." What happened? There was nothing about stopping broadcasting announced by Sun TV. I'm left with the conclusion that the cable provided pulled the program. Just Ottawa? This is really weird.

  5. Just do a google serach for...

"Sun News gives up over-the-air license"

...it should bring up an article from August 18th on the CTV website.

  6. This too is way off topic ... Since Joanne (BLY) visits here, maybe she should know her blog is somehow inaccessible. When I try to go to her blog, I get some stuff about creating a blog, with the following info:
"This premium domain name is for sale. If you wish to purchase it or have any questions, contact us here.
    Blogrolling.com ..."
