Liberal "Climate Action Plan"

I saw the headline that Mike Ignatieff delivered a grandiose proclamation of the Liberal "Climate Action Plan" today. I immediately set out to write a post to bust it to pieces, but when I checked out the National Post website, I saw that Kelly McParland already beat me to it. He wrote a fantastic piece, which I strongly recommend reading. Well done Kelly, well done indeed!
